What's been so amazing for me is that I'm able to use this to really help build my business and to help me have more flow in my business and have more success in my business because I track my cycle around important events and around my sales calendar. You might notice or you might think, okay that sounds strange how'd you do that? You live your whole life around your cycle but as I said it opens up so much more possibility and potential for you. You're not left thinking each month, oh shit, I wish I'd known that I was coming on my period this day or I'm not really feeling so confident today and I've got a meeting. You're able to book in your meetings and public speaking engagements or the days that you want to be left to yourself. You can schedule that all around your cycle.
